Disrespecting my boundaries

When I first started at Walmart, I agreed to only work a certain number of hours each week because of a long-term project. But lately, they’ve been scheduling me full time, sometimes for many days in a row. I felt bad saying no, so I just accepted it, thinking it was a one-time thing. Now I think they see me as fully available. I’m scared to say no because I don’t want to lose my job. What should I do?
