Debating to report an associate
I'm considering reporting an associate for some ethics matter, I don't wanna discuss the matter here because I don't want him finding out, but what I'm asking is what will happen to him then? Will everyone eventually find out or it stays strictly between him, me and management? Also is it worth it, I'm not sure if anything good is gonna come out of this, I mean how much can they really change him...
