There's a person where I work, who is an OG and knows everything around here and usually guides us all through our work. But today he told our TL that he wont guide this one girl because she's got autism, right in front of us. This dude, he never cleans up, never finishes his job, and won't lend a hand with other stuff in our area, even agreed with him. People wake up and stop this sh^t happening. We are all people and I wonder if you would react in that way if you had a person with autism in your family.
