Company with great potential, but su^ks in the end

I recently wrapped up my stint at this company, and boy, do I have some thoughts to share. Let me just say, the people I encountered within the system were genuinely great. It's heartening to know there are individuals who genuinely care about your well-being. However, let's address the elephant in the room - work-life balance or rather, the lack thereof. This company seems to have missed the memo on it entirely. They're all about overworking and underpaying their employees. Upper management? Well, let's just say they're not exactly champions of work-life balance. During my time there, it felt like I was constantly juggling work hours and personal time, with no clear boundaries between the two. Forty hours a week? Try 40+ with no semblance of balance whatsoever. It's disheartening when you realize that your free time is essentially non-existent because it's constantly intertwined with work commitments. The interchangeable nature of work and personal time was not just frustrating but also detrimental to my overall well-being. In conclusion, while the company boasts some genuinely caring individuals, the glaring issue of work-life imbalance casts a shadow over the entire experience. It's high time they reevaluate their priorities and start valuing their employees' well-being as much as they do their productivity.
