Clueless customer
This bi^^h today bought a large package of rice and while she was leaving the store the package got punctured and all the rice flew out. She came back for replacement with the receipt and as soon as she took the new package it got punctured too. Turns out she had keys in her hand holding the rice and the keys ripped the package open. After we saw that she had the audacity to ask for a new package, my colleague and I were so pi^^^d and yelled at her that she can get a new one after she pays for both of them..

being upset and complaining does not help w/ anything
