Beware of Toxic Leadership

I wanted to share my experience working at walmart, and it hasn't really been that great. From the team lead to the department manager, HR manager, and even the general manager, it's like a nepotism party in there. The team lead, who's been around for over 25 years, gets away with everything. Complaints about her behavior and work ethics just get shoved under the table. There's absolutely no professionalism or tact in how she treats employees and the upper management seems to be blind to it. The result? A ridiculously high turnover rate in our department. It's frustrating to see how nothing is being done to correct the situation.
