Beware of Poor Management

"Hey everyone, I just wanted to share my experience working at walmart and give you a heads-up about what to expect. So, let's start with the positives: the pay is alright, but it definitely has room for improvement. Now onto the not-so-great stuff... First off, the management here is a mess. They have this knack for making you feel like you're insignificant, constantly piling on the workload, and then getting upset when you end up with overtime. It's like they expect you to work miracles in an unrealistic timeframe. And don't even get me started on how they try to slash your hours after they've overburdened you. It's a vicious cycle that just adds unnecessary stress to the job. Overall, if you're considering applying to walmart, just be aware that while the pay might be decent, you'll have to deal with some seriously questionable management practices. Proceed with caution!"
