Beware of Poor Management

Wanted to share my experience working at walmart and give you some heads-ups about what to expect when working here. I wouldn't be a decent man if I didn't talk about some positives first. To be fair, the pay is alright. But it isn't enoguh to compensate for all the he^l the management here gives you. They have this thing for making you feel like you're little and unworthy, constantly adding work to you, and then getting upset when you end up with overtime. It's like they expect you to do miracles. Also, has anybody told you how they try to cut your hours after they've gave you work you couldn't finish even in the hours you had. I believe they really add unnecessary amount of stress to the job. Overall, if you're considering to work at walmart, you'll have to deal with some seriously questionable management decisions.
