I worked for Wal-Mart for about 10 years, that was when the auto department was in special divisions. That's when automotive was top notch and things were ran smoothly . It has gone to cr^p since they done away with the special division. Now the store doesn't even care anymore about automotives. They hire unqualified workers and the store surly don't know how to handle it. We had our own district manager that knew how to handle situations and could handle problems more effectively. They need to go back to the way Sam Walton's way of running things.
