I'm curious how Walmarts in other countries function. Is it the same cr^ppy pay, cr^ppy benefits, cr^ppy customers, and cr^ppy treatment or do they actually treat you like actual human beings?
you got it right. overworked and underpaid, that's how I feel. and I'm a manager, so it should be easer for me than the others. the fact they are constantly replacing associates with more inexperienced ones doesn't help either. (guatemala)
Walmart is a smart company. It won’t bother establishing its presence in any country where labor laws don’t allow worker exploitation.

BLR IN here. The pay is decent, IMHO, but they are very cheep regarding regarding raises and bonuses.
