Any tips for healthy food

I'm pulling shifts at the MFC as a system operator. Usually, I'm good with my meal prep for lunch, but dang, those late shifts sometimes hit different, you know? Sometimes I'm still hustlin' past 1 AM and my stomach's growling like crazy. I've been relying on those microwave chicken p^t pies, but man, I gotta switch it up. So, I'm thinking about hitting up the deli section next time. You think those wraps are worth it? I mean, most of those sandwiches look like they've been sitting there since last week. I need something that hits the spot, ya know?
