I saw this question too many times on this thread and a lot of others, so I'm answering it here and not in the comments: But while PPTO will allow you to take off work for any reason, you always have to make up an absence regardless. This can be done through the call-in number or through the Me@Walmart application of the mobile device. If you do not report it, that is considered a no-call, no-show situation, and you will get more points just for not answering the call-in procedure.
