All talk, no walk

Everybody hops online and complains about their manager, their stores, customers, blah blah blah. What have you done to fix your problem? Have you ever stood up to your manager for yourself, or your co-worker? Nothing's gonna change if all you do is whine about everything online.

It’s not all I do, it’s all I CAN do. Do you think being a tough guy to my manager will end well for a guy like me, who’s desperate to pay his bills?

I'm not saying to tell them to go fu^k themselves, I'm saying to learn to set boundaries

That’s what I’m saying. People literally don’t know how to say no or stand up for themselves, then they come here to talk about how life is unfair. Grow tf up.

all I'm going to say is even when you say or make voice concerns to corporate or talk to store managers you become a Target and a problem they want to get rid of as quick as they can because they want to be able to manage the store their way with the thumb on top of everybody's they don't give you the room to advance unless you kiss a^s and all that does is get you more opportunities for them to come back and say hey I need you to do this I need to do that it's not a bad standing up for yourself you're just a number and a body that they're going to look to see if showed up that day
