A Plea for Fairness and Respect

But then, out of nowhere, a new store lead swoops in and starts slashing hours for hardworking associates. I'm talking about cutting someone for 5x of their previous hours. And why? It's humiliating for everyone involved, honestly. But what really grinds my gears is the hypocrisy. You walk into the store and there's Sam Walton's face plastered everywhere, with his quotes about how associates are the backbone of the company. Yet, when push comes to shove, it feels like we're being thrown under the bus. Listen, I get it, running a business is tough. But can we at least try to stick to the values that this company was built on?
