Hiring non employee for team lead positions
why does Walmart advertise team lead positions to the general public if they are not even going to consider them.

Mid-shift
Is this the busiest shift? I'd like to apply and put my availability down as 10-8 every day including weekends but I'm a bit worried I'd be getting the worst hours (meaning, the ones when you don't even get the time to take a break) by far in the day. Am I overthinking this?
