I am one of them and have something to tell others. I just had a blood test, and they found out I was lacking vitamin D because I don't get enough sunshine. I never thought this would be a problem, but it honestly makes sense because I sleep almost all day. Even when I'm awake, I stay inside because it's absurdly hot. Anyway, it turns out that I should be getting out more often, even though it's hot. I just wanted to share this because some of y'all might have the same problem and haven't noticed it yet.
