What am I supposed to do if the product that just came to my store is damaged? I’m a stocker btw and also walmart stocker pay is terrible thank u
Hello. I’m a stocker at Walmart, and I feel terrible whenever I come to work. I feel like God sent me to this world to do and achieve much more. This is not life. It can’t be. Coming here to work at a job where I make little money, making someone else richer instead of getting rich myself, feels unfair. I want to start my own business, but I have no idea how to pursue it or the financial power to fund it. I want to leave, but I can’t. I feel like I’m stuck, and I really don’t like feeling this way. I want to feel like I’m living, not just surviving. Anyways, pray for me. Peace.

So as a result I am always careful, meaning slower than the guy that put some cereals on the shelf. When you work at stocking, you can’t win. When you are fast, you most likely will break stuff, and get yelled at like you just committed a war crime. If you are slow, same reaction, for different reasons. That’s what I experienced yesterday. I got yelled at for being careful, and it wasn’t the first time. I’m really tired of this bullsh^t. I swear I thought about dropping everything at that moment and leaving this hellhole.

Yesterday even my SM asked me if I can come back for overnight stocking for a day next week. I said no without even letting him finish his sentence. It’s not my problem you fired those people. You broke it, you fix it.
